We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If there is something wrong with your purchase, please contact us at info@thecostumeshop.net.
The Costume Shop may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘saleable’ condition within 5 days of purchase.
The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from The Costume Shop to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
We attempt to keep the information on this site as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability. All sales are final.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Costume Shop and its website respect the confidentiality of data relating to all customers and visitors to the site. Individual customer and visitor information is not collected, shared, or distributed.
DELIVERY POLICY
The Costume Shop ships using USPS Priority Mail. We have created rates based on the USPS packaging prices. For international shipments, a to-be-determined shipping charge may be added. For customers requesting overnight delivery, additional shipping will be added to our flat rate, and must be paid before the item is shipped.
